Hey y’all!
It’s a new school year and we would like to welcome in freshmen, transfers, and newcomers, as well as welcome back returning members.
We got some Week 0 activities planned:
Monday (9/20): Big Activities Fair – Check us and other campus ministries out from 10 AM-2 PM in the Royce Quad area (between Royce, Powell, Haines, Humanities). Returning members, stop by, say hi, and welcome others with us.
Tuesday (9/21): Ice Cream Social – What can be better than free ice cream on a warm September afternoon? Meet on top of Hilltop Store (next to Cafe 1919 and Sproul Hall) at 2 PM. Play some fun group games and get to meet KCM peoples.
Thursday (9/23): Bonfire! – This is the legendary beginning of the year event. Good food, football between upperclassmen and underclassmen, fun games, good convos, and s’mores to start the year off. Ride pickups will be at De Neve turnaround. Early rides will be at 3 PM and late rides will be at 5:30 PM.
Week 1:
Thursday (9/30): First General Meeting – Our meeting room is Young CS 24 (in South Campus across from Boelter and Math&Sciences) and we start at 7 PM. Dormers, meet at Sproul Turnaround to walk together. Come out and be blessed through praise, the Word, and fellowship.
More than all these events, KCM exists as a disciple-making ministry and we hope that you grow in your relationship with Christ through this ministry. Hope to see you soon
